Losing or misplacing your physical card can be stressful, but our LINKBANK IMPACT Card mobile app provides a simple and secure way to freeze or replace your card.
To Freeze a card:
1. Open the LINKBANK IMPACT Card mobile app and tap the Menu Icon(≡) from the upper-left corner.
2. Choose Cards from the menu, and you'll be routed to the Cards page.
3. A prompt will appear to confirm the action. You can tap YES to go ahead.
4. Admins can Freeze a card on behalf of other users. To browse through other users' cards, tap the Company tab. To proceed, you can tap the tile of a card you need to freeze.
5. On the Card Details page, tap Freeze Card
and tap Yes on the prompt to confirm the action
6. If successful, you will return to the Card Details page and see a Success at the bottom of the screen.
You'll also notice the card status showing Frozen, and you now have the option to Activate the Card again as needed.
