How to update your email address, birthdate, and other personal information using the mobile app

Users can update their personal information on file by following these steps:

1. Open the LINKBANK IMPACT Card mobile app and tap the ☰ icon in the upper left corner.

2. From the side menu, tap your user profile tile.

3. Choose Profile Setting.

4. Make any necessary updates and then tap 'Save' to apply the changes.

You will receive a confirmation at the bottom of the screen upon successful update.
