Admin users can issue virtual cards to users through the LINKBANK IMPACT Card dashboard by following these steps:

Log In
- Go to https://app.linkbankimpactcard.com/app/login and sign in to your admin account.

Navigate to the Users Page
- On the side menu, click Users.
- On the side menu, click Users.

Select the User
- Find the tile of the user you want to issue a virtual card to and click on it.

Initiate Card Sending
- In the upper-right corner of the user overview page, click Send Card.
- Select Virtual Card.

Choose a Virtual Card
- Select the type of virtual card to issue.
- Select the type of virtual card to issue.

Select Card Type
- Choose from the following options under Card Type:
- Single-use: Expires after one transaction.
- Fixed: Allows a set amount to be used until spent.
- Recurring: Can be used multiple times without expiring.
- Choose from the following options under Card Type:

Set the Credit Limit
- For dynamic users, the card limit will auto-populate.
- For non-dynamic users, manually input the desired card limit amount.
- When finished, Click the Submit button.

A confirmation message will appear at the bottom of the screen to indicate that a virtual card has been successfully created.
