Admin users have the authority to issue physical cards to users. You can complete this on any page of your LINKBANK IMPACT Card account.
1. Log on to https://app.corpcard.linkbank.com/web/login
2. On your Dashboard, click the Quick Actions button at the bottom left corner of your account screen and select Create Card.
3. The Send a New Card window will appear. Click the Choose User dropdown to select the user to whom you wish to issue a physical card. Click Next.
4. Once selected, the user's Department will auto-populate. Under Card Selection, choose Physical Card. Click Next.
5. Fill out the Card Limit and verify the shipping address. Click "Add new shipping address" to enter a different delivery address for the request. Once everything checks out, Click Next.
6. When finished, click Submit, and a success window will appear, confirming that the card has been issued.
The available user restrictions are:
Daily Limit | Admin users can set a daily spending limit for the user's card. |
Transaction Limit | Admin users can set a limit on the amount that can be spent in a single transaction. |
Merchant Restrictions | Admin users can block transactions from certain merchants by selecting them from the Merchant Restrictions dropdown menu. |
Time Constraint | Admin users can set a specific timeframe in which transactions can be made. |
