- Open the LINKBANK IMPACT Card mobile app and sign in using your registered email and password.
- First-time Sign-In: If you sign in for the first time after approval, you will see a "Congratulations" screen. Tap Next to proceed.
- Agreement Page: On the Agreement page, tick the "Cardholder Agreement" box and tap Acknowledge to continue.
- Select Delivery Address: You will be asked to choose the address for card delivery. If the correct address appears in the options, tap it once to select, then click Next. If you need a different address, tap New Shipping Address to enter a new delivery address.
- Enter Personal Information: Provide your Date of Birth, Mobile Number, and SSN.
- Department Setup (Optional): If you have a limit available for allocation, you may be prompted to set up Departments. You can tap Finish to skip the department setup and proceed.
- Sign the Cardholder Agreement: You will be prompted to sign the Cardholder Agreement. Tap Sign to open a pop-up window where you can capture your signature.
- Card Activation: You will then reach the card activation screen, where you can activate your card by entering the last four digits.
- If you have not received the card, tap the X in the upper right corner to close the activation screen and skip this step.
- Dashboard Access: After these steps, you will land on the Dashboard, where you can explore the app's features.
